Linnéa has been working as a Program Manager at MitOst e.V. for almost seven years. She is passionate about creating educational spaces for young people to become active in society. In addition to her work at MitOst, she is the co-founder and First Chairperson at TraumWerkStadt, a local association in Ruhr area where she focuses on organisational development and community building. With the Toolbox she touches upon process architecture for organisational change and the development of teams. As facilitator for horizontal school, Linnéa loves creating equal and safe spaces, always working process-oriented in her projects in Germany and Tunisia.
