The application process of the funding programme for 2020 starts at the end of August and ends on the 11th of October 2019. Apply with a sketch of your project and get a result before the end of the year 2019. If your idea receives a positive answer, you can apply with a whole application. Project submitted in any other way can not be taken into account.
