Twin City Lab is a new project of four countries – Germany, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. It aims to promote cities partner cooperation, empower urban communities and provide an international exchange beyond current standards. The members of the Lab work on projects, ideas, useful knowledge and skills and share them with other twinning cities activists. Twin City Lab started with a BarCamp creating a platform for the exchange of best practices in twin cities and developing new projects. The participants are “a bunch of passionate makers to push forward intercultural exchange and urban development”.
